Neos Mentored Program
This collaboration underscores FlyBy’s commitment to training highly qualified pilots while meeting the high standards set by NEOS. Through this agreement, FlyBy students will have a unique opportunity: to be selected as First Officers for the Boeing 737 with the prestigious Italian airline.
The agreement introduces an innovative program specifically designed for FlyBy students, enabling them to participate in the selection process to become NEOS pilots upon completing their training. During the program, NEOS personnel will actively monitor students’ progress, evaluating their theoretical knowledge and practical skills at various stages of the training. This comprehensive process ensures that the best candidates are identified and selected.
Selected students will then have the chance to participate in NEOS’ official selection process, concluding their training with the MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation) course, which is tailored to the airline’s procedures and standards.
Those who successfully pass these selections will have the opportunity to enter the Type Rating program for the Boeing 737, offered directly by NEOS. The goal of this collaboration is to train highly skilled and well-prepared pilots who can add value to the airline while ensuring the highest levels of flight safety. This new collaboration is open to all nationalities and aims to strengthen FlyBy’s position as an international and leading aviation school. Tarom Mentored Program
TAROM offers an exclusive mentored type rating program designed to fast-track FlyBy graduates into their pilot roster. This program includes priority selection for FlyBy students, recognizing the academy’s high training standards and preparing candidates for a seamless transition into commercial airline operations.
The program features a comprehensive Boeing 737NG type rating, which consists of an intensive ground school, simulator sessions, and base training. Specifically, the training includes:
- Ground course covering systems, procedures, and performance
- Simulator training to build proficiency and confidence
- Base training flights including at 6 landings and 1 go-around maneuver
All of this is offered at a competitive price of €34,000, providing excellent value for pilots aiming to advance their careers rapidly.

Through this mentored program, selected candidates will enroll in FlyBy’s Integrated ATPL course, benefiting from a advanced simulators, and hands-on training with one of Europe’s leading flight schools. Throughout the program, students will receive personalized guidance from both FlyBy instructors and Vanilla Sky pilots, ensuring full preparation for entry into line operations.
At the end of the training, successful cadets will be fast-tracked for assessment and employment opportunities with Vanilla Sky Airways, starting their careers flying across some of the most beautiful and challenging routes in Georgia.
FlyBy Cadet Program
At FlyBy Academy, we offer an exclusive program for aspiring pilots: the Cadet Program.
