About the program
The DGCA Program for India offers a training pathway that qualifies pilots under EASA regulations and also allows them to obtain their DGCA license through a straightforward process.
Flight training and ground school begin in Spain, following the ATPL program through which you will earn your EASA license.
The conversion to the DGCA license is carried out by one of our qualified local partners in India, who handles the remaining ground school subjects, the required exams, and the required flight hours in Indian airspace.
Complete EASA ATPL training; 13 theoretical subjects (Austro Control exams, held monthly); VFR, IFR, multi-engine, and advanced flight training; APS MCC, UPRT, and night flight rating.
Those who wish to do so may complete an EASA, approved type rating for the Airbus A320 or Boeing 737 after obtaining their EASA license; full details are available upon request.
The remaining three ATPL courses: Navigation, Meteorology, and Aviation Law; RTR(A) preparation and exam; Technical Specific Paper and skill test in a Cessna 172 (if necessary); required flight hours in Indian airspace.
